Now, as you sigh it out, I want you to imagine that you're letting go of any tension that your body is holding onto.
Maybe give your jaw a little wiggle, roll out your shoulders, wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes.
And as you're breathing in, I want you to just say to yourself, "I arrive." And as you're breathing out, say to yourself, "I relax.
I arrive.

I let go of the past.
I let go of the future, and I am present right here.
I have enough time.
Not everything has to be fixed today.
I let go of needing to control.
I allow things to fall where they fall.
I trust in my wisdom.
There is enough to go around.
I love, and the more I love, the more love there is.

I am flexible, and I have so much wisdom within.
