Oh that little green eyed monster. We all have one, and it can cause so much misery in our own minds and in our relationships. Jealousy can be a destructive emotion if we let it fester or push it…

To move... your jealousy from destructors to productors.
So when you feel comparitonitis popping on by, what you're going to do is you're going to relax your shoulders down.
You're going to sit up lovely and tall.
You're going to take your hands and you're going to self-soothe by tapping around your chest.
And as you do this, I want you to deliberately release any resistance that you might be feeling towards your emotion.
So it's really common for when you feel jealousy rearing its head to think you're having a bad emotion and trying to push it away.
Now I want you to do the opposite.
I want you to welcome it in.
letting yourself know that it's all part of the human experience.
There's nothing wrong with you for being jealous.
It is part of being alive and human.
And you're going to take both of your hands.
You're going to place them on your chest.
And I want you to ask the wisest version of yourself.
What is this jealousy trying to show me? Where is this emotion guiding me Where can I feel the lack in my own life? And what steps do I need to take to close that gap? And I want you to just sit with that.
Maybe an answer comes straight away.
Maybe it doesn't.
And that's completely fine too.
And then I want you to just have a moment again to forgive yourself.
