And I want you to just start to come back to your own circle of influence, your own circle of control.
Reminding yourself that you have no control over other people's behaviors.
That you are not responsible for other people's feelings.
You're not responsible to jump into action the minute that somebody wants something.
And just bring yourself back to this moment, this physical space, maybe even just notice the floor under you.
Now I want you to just become aware of the breath.
And as you breathe in, breathe in whatever you need.
And as you're breathing out, imagine that you're letting go of any stress that you're putting on yourself.
We want you to just say these words to yourself in your head.
