Feel your shoulders relaxing into your bed.
Feel your eyes relaxing.

Letting yourself roll to a stop.
And arriving here, and I just want you to breathe in through the nose.
And instead of thinking about sucking the air up into the nostrils, Think about bringing the air back into the face.
So if you think where the holes for your nose are in your face, they're not here, they're here.
So you want to imagine that you're breathing in and back.
Take a big, deep breath in and then just sigh it out.
