I really wanted Sarah to come on here because I think this focus on renovation and the renovation side of the business is kind of an exciting development.

Um, it's, it's not that they didn't before, but, uh, there's a new, there's a new energy there.

So listen, let's start, uh, tell us a bit about, uh, about yourself and, uh, and I guess, uh, give us the top view on, on renovation services.

Yeah, so my background is in marketing and communications, and certainly I came from the association world.

So it's through programs, through national support, and tools to help grow their business.

In practice, in kind of practical terms, I provide dedicated support to our Canadian Renovators Council, to the local Renovators Forum.

I mean, renovation, as long as there's been home building, there's been renovation, right? And so renovators have always really been a core part of the industry.

And, you know, my role is really making sure that renovators have that dedicated national support.

And I work really closely with both the provincial and the local associations and the renovation staff at those levels as well.
