Christina AndersonHostAnd so I wanna share with you guys what the last 30 families who have applied for our program have said is the reason they want nutrition support and, and how their gymnast is struggling.
And so if your gymnast is struggling with fatigue, with injuries, strength, growth, picky eating, or you just simply want to know and feel confident with how to fuel them, just know you are far from the only family trying to solve this, especially before we head into competition season.
As I was reading through the applications for this cohort, I started to notice the same concerns over and over and over again.
And so I, um, actually exported all of these applications, and I did an analysis of, you know, what are the common reasons that people are asking for nutrition help.
Pretty much no one said that they want help because they want their gymnast to eat healthier.
Their gymnast is struggling to get stronger despite 20-plus hours a week in the gym and tons of conditioning.
Their gymnast is injured or has continued to get injured, or they're trying to prevent another season that might be blown away because of injuries.
Maybe their gymnast isn't injured, but she's just having trouble recovering.
Maybe she's incredibly picky or mom just has no idea whether her gymnast is eating enough or not.
And I'll tell you, our parents who appl- apply for our program, they're really smart.
By the time that they decide that they want support, they usually know what under-fueling is.
And so I wanna share with you, you know, what these families are actually struggling with because more than likely you're gonna recognize some of these things in your gymnast as well, and I want you to know that you are not the only one.
