Are you asking ChatGPT, AI, Google, or Facebook groups how to get your gymnast to eat better? Maybe you already know she needs breakfast, more snacks, more protein, more carbs, or better recovery…

Christina AndersonHostBut the reality is that AI is pretty good, right? It can explain carbohydrates.
But the biggest challenges we see with our clients is not always this just massive knowledge deficit.
The problem is it's a behavior problem, right? And this is where AI falls apart because chat GPT or pick your favorite tool could tell your gymnast what to eat if it was even accurate.
But it can't actually get her to do what she needs to do in order to succeed with her nutrition.
And so let's give credit where credit is due, right? AI can definitely explain basic nutrition concepts.
It could try to explain sports nutrition principles and summarize some research papers, right? These are all useful things.
But the problem is that nutrition success really comes down to information, right? Like most parents already know breakfast is important.
And yet, why do we still see gymnasts who are under-fueled, injured, fatigued, missing periods, struggling with growth, and all the things? It's because knowing and doing matters.
And like I talked about in the previous three episodes, AI just doesn't know your gymnast.
