Christina AndersonHostAnd specifically today, we are talking all about supplements because let's be honest, this is probably one of the most popular things that parents are turning to Claude, AI, ChatGPT, to even the Facebook groups to try to figure out what supplements to put their gymnast on in order to solve XYZ problem, right? She's a picky eater.
She gets sick all the time.
She's constantly sore.
She's constantly tired.
And so like any good parent, you're just trying to fix your child's problem.
And so you're asking things like, what kind of supplements should she be on for a broken bone? What kind of magnesium does she need to help support her muscles relaxing? Does she need electrolytes? Should I put her on iron? Do these symptoms sound like she needs extra XYZ? The problem is not that AI or the internet is always wrong.
It's just that these tools do not know your gymnast.
And that missing context can be so dangerous and completely change the answer from what your gymnast needs.
And so today we're going to talk about why ChatGPT or InsertCloud or whatever tool you like to use... what they don't know about your gymnast supplement needs and why individual nutrition always wins.
