on the registration of SBRs, SBSs, that is short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and suppressors, to some degree, after the ruling in the Jensen and Silencer Shop cases, as we're calling them, that found that the National Firearms Act that requires registration of certain types of firearms and suppressors is unconstitutional as to suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and short-barreled shotguns.
And issued an injunction that tells the ATF it cannot enforce, as against the plaintiffs in that case, cannot enforce the National Firearms Act of 1934's registration requirements.
However, several of the plaintiffs in that case were either commercial organizations like SilencerCo or SilencerShop, And the injunction extends to the customers of those commercial businesses.
And there were several membership organizations like Gun Owners of America and Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and et cetera.
And the injunction saying the ATF cannot, again, enforce the NFA's registration requirements as against these plaintiffs, it extends to the members.
And it said both current and future cannot extend to the members of those organizations, whether they were members on the date that decision came down or not, as long as they were members at some point in time.
