And, you know, I would love for you to kind of go through that for the average listener.
But, uh, like I say for every episode, they're mostly for me, just so that I can get better and everyone else listening, you're welcome.
Uh, [chuckles] but, um, like from a basic framework, uh, perspective for the average golfer listening, you know, amateur, you know, they work during the day.
Like, what, what are the foundational frameworks that you kind of preach and, and have found really work, you know, for golfers and just general health?

The foundational principles is based upon the food pyramid that I established in Hole In One Nutrition, and I published it in 2018.

Um, and I stand by it, um, for a lot of different health issues that I work with people with gut issues.

And then the very top of the pyramid would be some supplements where I think a lot of golfers, um, would benefit by using them on a daily basis.

And my general recommendation as a starting point would be half your body weight in ounces of water.

So if you're 200 pounds, then half your body weight would be 100, obviously, and then that would be your target goal of 100 ounces of water per day.
