you listened to the testimony the other week.

I didn't get a chance to listen.

I did, and you're probably better off not having listened to it.

I mean, it was kind of exactly as you expect it is.

It had John Malander, the attorney for EOPSS, kind of sitting there and... you know,

scrolling his phone and doing other stuff

while people make their gripes and make their statements and so forth.

And it was a quote unquote, you know, public comment section.

So no questions are answered.

Nothing is really handled.

It's just a vent session for people to call in, give their testimony, and then who knows, probably be ignored.

So I guess we'll see how it all comes out.

This is, of course, over the regulatory stuff with the live fire and so forth.

It went on for several hours.

I listened to a couple of hours of it.

Goal submitted a written testimony, and the goal was on there.

Mike and John certainly, and I'm not sure where the Jim was, but Mike and John certainly were on the call.

As is always the case with these things, you don't get the sense that there is any resolution, but you get to listen to different people's perspectives.

And it was clear to me that the large... overwhelming majority of people who testified were ones that came down on our side.

I empathize with certain individuals in various offices in a personal sense because I've

met them and they're not personably rude.

They can be decent people, but damn it, they're working for the man.

I'm having a hard time sympathizing or empathizing with EOPS and with all the people that now have to deal with this because...
