know, the dinner sort of shift sort of starts with, you know, once the trailer arrives, the venue coordinator, which is I'm one of the venue coordinators, you have to then make sure, you know, the smoking trays are put out, the signage is put out, the admin box comes out, which has got the history, you know who the guests are for the night, which is emailed to you that day and you're mentioning the about people coming – like they can be there for the whole time, but again, they might have a family thing so that they'll say, I'm not going to be there on Thursday.

Sometimes you think you've got, you know – You can have up to 14 guests just based on the volunteers that you need for that, sleeping 14, but sometimes it might, you know, be nine because someone just doesn't turn up or whatever.

Gitter tends to follow up on these people just to make sure they're okay and to let them know that, you know, there are other people that would, you know, like their spot.

Then what happens is the volunteers start, you've got two in the kitchen that prepare the meals that people have donated.

Then you've also got the night staff that sort of set up the beds, set the table.

So we have Crown Buses have actually donated their services and the bus drivers.

They then meet at a mutual meeting spot, which is, like I said, it's near Uniting Care opposite Ringwood Lake.

They have to sign in, let them know if they're going to be there the next night just for meal preparation and things like that.

Some of them will go and sleep because they may have been out on the streets and they're cold and they just want to snuggle in.
