Thinking about hiring help in your hands-on practice? Before you add someone to your team, make sure you’re not trying to hire your way out of a task, system, or leadership responsibility you haven’t…

Today, we're talking about hiring, specifically when it's appropriate to hire support in your business and what hiring requires of you as the founder and the business owner because there's a version of hiring that grows your business, and then there's a version of hiring that really just drains your bank account and leaves you frustrated, disappointed, and longing for the relief that you thought that you were buying by doing that hiring process.

Almost everyone thinking of hiring is doing so for some sort of relief, relief from a task, relief from a decision, relief from something that feels hard.

And my hope today is that I'm gonna show you that the relief you're chasing is not necessarily on the other side of a hire.

It's on the other side of you doing certain work tasks first, and that's true when you have no team, and it's true when you have a team of five.

It's true whether you're closing your first $1,000 week or your first $100,000 year.

I have two stories that show two different angles of this exact same problem, so let's get into it.
