Brian was inside Foundations, and he was sitting with something that lots of therapists sit with and struggle with, which was raising his rates.

He'd done all of the work, and he'd figured out what his rate needed to be, but he was just kind of sitting on it.

He was kind of stuck in that space between knowing what to do and doing the thing.

So on one of our weekly coaching calls, something for him shifted, and it wasn't because he was getting coaching directly, but he was listening to someone else get coached.

He was watching a peer who was in the hot seat, watching someone else work through their own version of the same fear he was struggling with, watching the model get applied in real time, watching someone go from stuck to clear right there on the call, and that is what clicked for him.

By the time that call ended, Brian had gone into his scheduling system, raised his rate, and sent an email to all of his clients, just like that, like just snapping his thumbs [laughs], snapping his fingers together.

He kind of just went through that fear and did the thing that he was not doing, right? Which was actually telling people that his rate had changed.

It can be you attending the call live, but it can also just be you listening to the replays, not for consumption, but for taking action.
