So it was a every two minutes and 30 seconds for eight sets with a minute 30 break.

It's always interesting because I feel like crossfitters actually, probably not for the better, but do better when there's some sort of thing that gets you warm and get your heart rate up.

So because of the bike, and it kind of shuts your brain off a little bit too, but because of the bike, I got off the bike, went into the clean and jerk, and that actually helped me a lot.

One thing I noticed from watching people compete before, it seems like if there's not something that gets you semi-fatigued or it's not a certain time where there's an interval where you can hit a lift and you can't, it's like everyone just tries to lift as soon as they can, and you just blow yourself out so quick.

I feel like you go to any competition, Especially scaled, if you're not elite or not in the higher end of the competition, it's like people just will hit a lift every 30 seconds.

Yeah, like us, it's like, dude, you need recovery, but people just don't understand

What do you guys feel like are the criteria that led to you being able to hit a PR at camp? Both of you hit PRs.
Part of it was not been trying to do like heavy lifting for a while or like heavy singles in my like ollie lifts.
