So, you know, they're all experts in their fields, you know, actuaries, finance, controllers, you know, they've got to have that level.

For me, building trust within their own teams makes it really important, understanding how people operate on that level so you can get that healthy tension.

I think people that know each other and trust each other can work better together.

good finance leaders can get the strategy and work it through to actionable roadmaps for their people.

They've got one eye on what's happening now, but they're also looking very much into the future about what we need to do to support the business and to help the people grow with them as well.

But now we've got, you know, technology does a lot of the groundwork that accountants used to do.

So it's how we take that really and push forward to making finance a bit more sexy.
