Victoria has been working with me since February and in that time she's lost 11kg while being a mum of 2, working full time, having her kitchen renovated, starting a new job AND not having access to a…

So before we started working together, so before February, what did a normal week look like for you? What was your life looking like?
So I've always been a really all or nothing kind of person.
So my weeks would either be super strict, really restrictive, like I'd be tracking calories, but the calories would be really low, like trying to keep myself in a deficit, losing weight.
Or they'd be the complete opposite.
And I'd be having a glass of wine every night, we'd be having two or three takeaways a week.
And so things would just be up and down from there.
Weekends, though, would always be, you know, as if you were on holiday.
So work's done for the week, you know, we'd open a wine on a Friday, there'd be a takeaway, we'd then be like out for dinner with the kids, or, you know, we'd be going to go for a walk and then go to the pub on a Sunday or All of these different things.
And that was just constantly on a cycle of either being really restricted during the week and then just going crazy at the weekends or kind of somewhere in between.
There was no consistency.
It was just, yeah, very, very different to how things are now.
Really struggled to kind of stick to a routine with anything.
So just in this horrible cycle of restrictiveness and then excess just on a loop.

Yeah, I think this is like something really common that I actually hear a lot from girls I chat to.

Like a lot of the girls that I work with that are in the team have struggled with this before.

It's so common to have that restrictive element in the week and then the weekends just ends up being a blur and it's this thing of like, oh, I'll get back on it on Monday.

I don't know, like primed fat in society because like the weekends in the UK and like, it's like, woo, go out party.

And it's kind of like, I don't know, correct me if I'm wrong, but it feels like maybe that's, that's the way you're meant to do it.
definitely.
