I think that's probably the best thing to do and a lot of people come into our program thinking that they have to be really, really special and they have to be so good and they have to be so perfect and This is all born out of looking at Instagram, looking at influencers, looking at these female founders online who look like they have their shit together.

And I can tell you now from the outside on the inside, I have yet to meet a woman who crosses my path, who has her shit together.

And if she claims to have her shit together right there, I know she's a bloody liar.

I know I certainly don't have my shit together, but I do know that in the job that we do, there are certain key foundations and massive values probably three or four fundamentals that you need in order to half keep your shit together.

And I suppose to elaborate, what is keeping your shit together? Well, keeping your shit together is keeping yourself mentally sane and robust and have the ability to hold down, especially in menopausal women, have the ability to hold down a job and and a career and a turbulent and hormonal turbulent time of your life that maybe you're not half slept and you're running on caffeine fumes.

It appears on the surface for women who are in decent neck and decent shape, you know, aren't overweight or obese.

For women who also have the mental bandwidth and the capacity to to deal with all the curveballs that life throws, whether that be internal issues inside the front door of your own house that nobody else knows about.

And believe you me, I've coached thousands of women over the years and everybody has stuff going on behind closed doors that nobody knows.

And also trying then to combine how you look, how you feel, successful in your business or your career, in your relationship as a parent, and then being a child maybe to parents that were in that sandwich year, then parents getting older.

And believe you me, there's very few are managing all successfully at the one time.

well-being menopausal and you take your eye of the ball with your weight and your diet and you can and you're eating junk every night in your own house decompressing after a stressful day or maybe indulging in far too much wine you're taking the eye of the ball with your weight as a decompression for holding your career together you might be holding getting your diet right you might be getting your training right and the relationship with your private family could be breaking down You know, or you spend too much time being a yes person and, you know, being a saviour to everybody around you and you're not a saviour to yourself.

So when you look at all these different balls that we're trying to juggle, And if you ever for one second look at social media and think, you know, they're perfect.

They're just more clever and they're better marketers and they're better spin doctors at making it look like they have their shit together.
