**Self Trust & Wisdom: Reconnecting With Your Inner Knowing** Self trust, confidence and wisdom sit at the heart of your birth journey, and you already have everything you need inside you. In this…
No entities detected.
Your body already carries an ancient instinctive wisdom.
Think about it.
Your body has grown your baby without you needing to consciously direct the process.
You didn't have to decide how to form a placenta, build a heartbeat, or grow those tiny fingers and toes.
Your body just knows.
And here's the thing, while your body holds that innate wisdom, connecting with it takes intention.
Modern life often pulls us away from our instincts.
We know how it is with social media.
We live in a world full of noise, outside opinions, endless 'should do this,' and a culture that basically prioritizes external validation over internal trust.
So it's no wonder that so many of us struggle to feel confident in ourselves when we're constantly told to look outward for answers.
And I think this is where the whole narrative comes in about, you know, doing as we're told, right? Especially when it comes to working with health professionals, and whilst absolutely we wanna work hand-in-hand with health professionals, it's important to note that you are the absolute expert when it comes to your body.
For generations, women have relied on this wisdom of their ancestors, passed down through stories, shared experiences, and communal support, but also through our genetics, you know, through the way that our genes express themselves.
You know, it gets passed down through the generations.
And this trust in birth and in their bodies was reinforced by their environment.
But again, today, we're often distanced from that lineage.
Instead of looking inward, we're taught to seek reassurance from external sources, and it leaves us feeling disconnected from our instincts.
It feels, it feels like we're disconnected from our bodies, from, you know, our emotions, from our feelings, and I genuine, genuinely believe that this is a culprit for so many issues now, you know, with the way we feel with mental health, and I think that social media does have a lot to do with it, um, and spending a lot of our time online rather than with others, right? Because it's the modern-day world, and I am just the sa- you know, I'm a culprit as well, you know? But it does, it can really create this divide.
However, the good news is that the wisdom that you have, or that we've had as women for thousands of years, hasn't actually gone anywhere.
It's still there, and it's waiting for you to tap into it.
And of course, you don't have to do this alone, and that's why I'm here, to help you reconnect with those instincts, understand your choices, and remind you that this wisdom is yours to claim.
