You've got all kinds of things, a Facebook group that, uh, helps people to overcome and reverse diabetes, uh, as well as thyroid issues.

So I'm curious, I did actually recently do an episode on, on reversing diabetes, which I was very happy to do because as we were talking about before we started, it's incredibly, uh, high percentage of the population and climbing, as you mentioned.

And I think it's just going to continue to, you know, I've been doing this for over 25 years.

And it's just a sign of our society just getting sicker and sicker as our food gets worse and worse and so we gotta we gotta educate people that it doesn't have to happen it doesn't have to be this way

you know i have to say yeah it doesn't when i i walk this is the example i always use is there's an entire aisle in the grocery store of cereal which basically the box is probably more nutritious than what's in it what's on the

But, you know, I walked down there and there's these bright colors and cartoons and all this stuff.

And it's just choice after choice of just basically ways to reformulate sugar and put in different shapes and colors with maybe some chemical additives to make it taste a little bit different than the cereal next to it.

And that is an astonishing thing when you think about food, because it's not actually food.

And so if you want to not have some of these things that are caused by lifestyle, stay away from that stuff.

They're very seduced by, you know, cartoons and advertising and what their friends are doing.

So it really is a parental job to make sure that that doesn't happen if it's a food-based, you know.
