Lauretta ZucchettiGuestSo I just want to ask this.
On the everyday health struggle, we see health from a holistic perspective.
So a person battling with identity right now, is it more of a mental struggle or a physical health issue? Where have you categorized it? Okay.
Okay, okay.
No issue.
So I just want to ask you on this real quick.
So on the everyday health struggle, we see health from a holistic perspective, meaning we talk about, we see health from physicality, mentally, even spiritually.
So now my question is this.
Somebody having identity struggles, Is it actually a mental health struggle or a physical health struggle?

Well, when you have an identity struggle, it translates into physical struggle too because the body responds to how you feel mentally, you know.

I mean, I was young, so I was healthy, but I also had issues with my body because I kind of, you know, wasn't 100%.

Because I was a bit tormented because I wasn't, you know, I felt I was insecure.

And therefore, you know, I had insomnia, breathing issues, things like that.
Okay, okay.
I love what you said, that they go hand in hand.
They complement each other.
Yes, you can say it is a mental problem, but still, the impact, the effect shows physically.
So just like how you said, at some point, you say having insomnia, you couldn't sleep as you used to.
And once you have sleep deprivation, it affects in your overall body.
So I just want to ask this.
