Have you ever wondered if your anxiety is trying to tell you something? In this week's episode, Ilana shares a powerful client story that highlights what can happen when women spend years holding…
And yeah, so this week we're talking about, and I'm going to be sharing a story from clinic, which is a little bit different than what I've done for a little while.
And we're going to be talking about what if anxiety was the messenger, the deeper truth beneath anxiety, overwhelm and feeling disconnected.
And this story is, is something that I've been seeing in clinic a lot recently with the women that I've been working with.
And this has happened not just once, but a handful of times in the last few weeks and months.
themes are almost identical and Quite a few women that I've been seeing are navigating menopause.
They're experiencing significant anxiety or mood swings, emotional dysregulation.
They're carrying relationship challenges, so that might be with an intimate partner.
Story might not necessarily be entirely identical, but the themes are pretty much the same.
Spending years, you know, being resilient and strong, but unfortunately underneath stuck in survival.
And as I sat with these clients recently, all of them have described feeling anxiety, unsettled, overwhelmed, you know, stressed, full of dread.
not necessarily all of the time, but frequent enough that it's starting to impact how they function, how they show up at work, how they show up in their families.
And they've come knocking on my door because they're seeking support and guidance.
But what really struck me when I was preparing this episode was and as I'm sharing the story, wasn't actually the anxiety, but how disconnected all these women have felt from themselves.
As we explored what has been happening beneath the surface in clinic when I've been doing one-on-one kinesiology and energy mentoring, there is so much more beneath the surface than just the anxiety.
