So this month, I am super excited about the theme, probably because it's something that I've been lacking a little bit myself personally too.
And it's really hard to connect into the energy and the feeling of joy, especially when you've been sick five times in six months.
So joy is not something we experience once all our work or everything we've ticked off has been completed.
It's not something that happens when life finally is humming along or is perfect.
good at organizing, planning, getting things done, taking things off the list, looking after everybody else, running our businesses or going to work, raising our children, looking after elderly parents, managing the house, remembering birthdays, booking appointments, answering all the messages and emails, keeping tabs and track of everyone, even just reading.
Not necessarily because we're unhappy and they're two different things, happiness and joy, but it's just because life is full.
And often we're not taking enough space to really connect into the present, feel a moment of joy.
