And then how did the next couple of days unfold as you were hanging out with the guests, really integrating and preparing for the second macro?
I listened to a couple of the podcasts that you've done with other guests and I echo the kind of comments that they had about you just build a rapport with the people that are there.
And they were from completely different backgrounds, different countries.
But I just had such a connection with them.
And I remember just telling one of the other guests what a beautiful person that she was.
And that's not the sort of thing that David says in real life.
And there was also the number of hugs I gave people was crazy.
I'm not a hugger.
Like I'll hug my wife and I'll hug my kids, but I was essentially hugging strangers.
But I had such a connection with them.
And I remember seeing Emilio and I walked past him and I said, no, Emilio.
I said, can I get a hug? And he came over and he gave me this like bear hug.
And man, that guy gives great hugs.
And it was just full of such, warmth and and caring it wasn't uh oh yeah i need to give one of these guests a hug because yeah it was so genuine and and so loving and then there was there was opportunities to kind of sit in the garden and i i remember i left my phone in my room pretty much most the time i was there because it was one of the distractions that i didn't need and i i started reading a book but i was like I don't want to read a book, so I put that away as well.
But I sat in the garden and I just looked at the trees for about an hour without getting up and thinking, oh, you're wasting time.
It was just amazing just sitting there.
And I was thinking, I was contemplating the macrodose and the DMT, but to get that opportunity to just really open up my mind to the important things, not the day-to-day things that add no value.
It was really, okay, what have I learned from being here? What can I learn from other people? What can I learn from you and, and Josephina and Emilio and Andrew and Jessica? So it really gave me some time to, to really contemplate a few things and be honest about some of the things I did in the past that
were
not healthy and were harmful to people.
So that was really a lot of the time that I spent there.
And it's such a beautiful garden there.
It was like paradise.
I've heard people talk about paradise.
