Today's episode, we're looking at core principle number two, which is find your balance.
So a couple years ago, we came up with the five core principles of fast freestyle, and this was a bit of a structure on how we analyze freestyle and how we like to teach it.
And following this sort of structure gives you a bit of a roadmap on ways you can sort of check, uh, what you need to work on with your stroke.
Uh, and it doesn't always sort of follow this pathway for everyone, but it does give you a pretty good guide of, of those things that you wanna have in place first, like an order of operations.
Now, last week we looked at the first principle, which is breathe deep and relax, and there we basically just looked at making sure you're breathing correctly, you stay relaxed as you do it because you move so much better, and you can, uh, you can swim so much easier when you are relaxed and when you're breathing comfortably.
