yeah so well thank you for having me on as your mate My background, so obviously we met, so joined the Marines at 24, so it was a bit later.

I did uni and some traveling first, joined the Corps, did a year in the General Corps, then did selection for SFCs, so Special Forces Communicator, which is when I met you, so I was attached to the squadron that you were working in, then subsequently went and did full selection and finished out my career there.

down at pool left kind of did everything that I wanted to do decided to take the move and leave even though I wasn't completely sure of how that would look it was a combination of ticking the boxes that I'd wanted to have ticked And then getting more balanced with not being away all of the time.

And sort of, I think, even quite soon after I'd passed selection, I started to get the itch again of what's the next challenge? What's the next sort of way to step out of my comfort zone? Ended up getting a job in London for a couple of years in a consultancy, but realized very quickly that it was not for me.

Decided to, and we can dig into how that came about, to go down the path of business and specifically online business.

Again, didn't know how it would look, but knew that that was the right path.

Set on that with another guy, John, that I was a signaler, when we were signalers together down at Poole.

And we've kind of been on that path ever since, isn't it? it's meandered we did the the classic sort of made the mistake in the beginning of just chasing trying to make money which didn't go well basically failed to then switching to what do we actually care about which is and what we what have we always been interested in which essentially is health and and human performance and so then set up the natural edge and the That again has been a meandering route, which has led to the point we are now, which is specifically concentrating on mindset coaching.

And I guess in general coaching, because we're very much of the view that you can't separate, even though we concentrate on mindset, you have to look at the other factors around that in the same way that whatever aspect you look at with health, you cannot divorce all the other aspects if you're looking at your training, then you must look at your sleep, your nutrition, your movement, your stress levels, your mindset.

And conversely, with each one of those that I've just mentioned there, every other one has an impact.

So although it's majority mindset coaching, when we're working with clients, we will then look at lifestyle factors as well that may be hindering the work around the mindset and how we can make changes there.
