I've had multiple orthopedic surgeries that most of which probably could have been prevented if I had done something about it sooner.

It happens one little like micro step at a time until five years later you get a divorce or fall in an own affair.

The kids are on drugs at the expense of what? Usually the relationship with your family.

Doctor of physical therapy, but we're going to talk about a lot of stuff outside of physical therapy today, and that'll be a core theme, right? But really excited just to talk about your interaction with patients, right? What you're seeing.

I think we spend so much time, right, building these lives, whether it's professionally, we steward our businesses, our families, our children, and without realizing the physical toll it has, right? on us over time.

Whether it's the business itself or it's something else, we're just neglecting it, right? Or it's not at our forefront.
