[laughs] Why did you have to throw me off with your cheese sandwich?
I knew Robbie the seal before I knew Robbie the Williams, so, so far ... [laughs] I was never very pop culture educated.
[laughs]
[laughs] Ah.
Hmm.
Is there something or is there a set of core memories from your childhood?
Hmm.
You know, nowadays everybody is, or m- m- as millennial parents are so busy with, like, creating core memories for, for our kids.
Like in the movie Inside Out where you have those golden memory balls, like, do you have those?
[laughs] Do I have the golden memory balls?
[laughs]
I'm sure I do, but it's never ...
Like, obviously I'm not a parent, and you are.
It's ...
I bet it's never what your parents intend it to be.
Like, it's the, the big things, like the big holidays that you s- save up and spend your money on, and then you're like, it's just like this random Tuesday you have a core memory.
[laughs]
[laughs] Thank you for cursing the parents-
So I do-
...
I know you
...
but I don't think of them in like the golden balls, and like, I think the way my memory works, like, everything is so connected that, like, at any random point I'll be doing something, and it will remind me of this very specific time or thing when this thing happened.
Um, I guess my memory's not stored in like, I don't ...
That kind of way, which I think is an indicator that I was very, very privileged throughout my childhood that, you know, things didn't stick out as golden balls or bowls because I was very privileged.
