So the quote I picked was, you never know what worse luck your bad luck has saved you from.

And who said that?

That was Cormac McCarthy.

I don't know who that is, but the quote kind of sticks with me.

Yeah.

Did you discover this quote a long time ago or was it just lately?

I don't remember.

I know I've seen it a few times.

I had to look it up again to make sure I had the exact wording.

But I have heard it because sometimes your bad luck takes you somewhere and you find out, hey, something worse could have happened if you didn't come here.

Isn't that true? Well said.

And do you think that those words are motivating in your opinion when you hear them?

I just think it means you should be thankful because it could be a lot worse sometimes.

Yeah, and you feel that way about yourself? I do.

It could be much worse.
