you're going to spend a lot of time going from bank to bank where if you can work with a good broker, they can help you find the right bank to make things accessible and get you the best deal.
One of the things from experience is the paperwork.
It's a nightmare for me.
How can you make the difference, David? Because accessibility, again, it's a huge issue for us.

So many of our clients, we have to set time aside, talk on the phone, go through line by line what their financial position is, assets, liabilities, their income, and walk through it all.

It does add another level, but we like to work with our clients and work through how to get people into the system.
