So, Trigger Food Toolkit is out in the world, and I have been working on this course [laughs]...
It's almost like I've been working on this course for, like, five years [laughs] um, but really kind of intensely, acutely working on it for the last several months.
[clears throat] And some of you listening, um, have been a part of it, um, because I know that some of you listening had, um, given your feedback on a survey I had done a couple of months ago, um, which means that you helped create this.
Um, and your input, for those of you who did that, and even just people who are here and listening to these episodes, and I can see what episodes kind of do well and what don't do well, and so I know how needed this is.
And the reason that I said in some ways it's taken me five years, um, which I've been coaching for five years, is because I've been trying to figure out how to best take the work that I do with clients on one-on-one coaching and put it into a DIY format.
So what Trigger Food Toolkit is, is it is super focused, and it is super specific.
Because when you're doing something on your own, that's what it needs to be.
This is not like a, um, nutrition 101 course or [laughs] behavior change 101 or everything you ever needed to know about, like, why you have so much food noise, right? It is not that.
Um, because you are going to walk out with a toolkit, [laughs] hence the name of the course, of very specific skills and, um, an actual kind of, like, workbook, so to speak, of templates and worksheets that you have filled out during the course that take what you learn and apply it to your real life.
