Georgia vs Arkansas Recap: Dawgs Roll to 45-17 SEC Win

Overall, my key takeaways from this game, specifically this past Saturday.

Dogs handle business on the ground game, right? I think Kirby's smart, and it really showed to me.

It showed to me that we could come in, we could run the ball almost at will, and it showed right to the tune of over 250 yards of rushing.

There was no need to get cute.

Go in, you run the ball, kill the clock, and you get out with an SEC road win, and you get ready to go back home and rest and recover because you got Oklahoma coming to town this upcoming week.

But one of the things that I really loved in the rushing game was really Gunnar Stockton.

Gunnar Stockton leading all, he really led the team in rushing with 97 yards.

That is taking into account, right, he did get sacked three times, which we'll talk about that.

But seven carries, 97 yards, extremely efficient.

And just given what the, you know, he just took what the defense gave him.

Just gave – you know, defense gave it up, and he just ran chunk play after chunk play.

Cannot be mad about that.

Can't be mad about that.

Also protected himself and the football.

No turnovers, no takeaways, none of that.

And, again, you didn't take any unnecessary hits aside from the sacks.

But I thought overall great play from Gunner.

Guys, we saw a deep shot.

People that have been waiting for that, they got to see that.

which we're going to get to that and the receiver room, but overall didn't really need to do nothing crazy in the passing game.

Didn't show nothing.

Didn't put nothing on tape.

I don't really, you know, I can see both sides of things like this, but for right now, I think the game plan was simple.

Go in there, run the ball and be done.

Right.
