the Olympic legacy report that was co-developed by you guys at URBIS in association with a whole range of stakeholders from across the industry to really look at Brisbane 2032, look at the Olympics and ask ourselves the question, what is the legacy of it? So maybe in a few short words, describe what is this report?

So Elevate 2042 is its name, and it sets out the strategy for achieving a lasting legacy.

So it looks at three time horizons, the impact, which is the stage before the Games, then it looks at the Games intensive period, then it looks at the legacy afterwards.

And it tries to capture what are the big moves and what are the areas of improvement that we can make that are going to take our region, which is construed in the widest possible way, and we might come onto that in a minute, into the future.

So the interesting thing is when you think about a big sporting event, you're not necessarily thinking about its legacy naturally.

You're thinking about winning gold and doing well and training athletes, but building stadiums maybe.

Where do you start? Where do you start? Firstly, how did you guys get involved in all of this?

The Relatable Janes team, so our managing partner at Urbis, he managed the bid himself and we sent it off.

I think I had to do a little piece to camera in 40 degree heat on the night of the big Mick Jagger concert to send off to be part of the package.

And then one day you get a phone call and someone says, you're the successful group and you're going to be writing the Olympic and Paralympic legacy strategy.

And I think one second after that, you think, how on earth am I going to begin?
