But the one thing that I think has done really well is the community has reconnected with its club.

And that's not us.

It started actually in the period before we took over.

But certainly, you know, crowds are up 25%.

The sponsorships are up.

Everything's up that you can measure.

And the fact that we haven't got out of the league and yet...

Fans are getting more and more connected.

There's more and more young people coming.

There's more and more shirts.

People wearing the South End shirts around town.

So the biggest objective of a club is to represent its fan base.

And I think that bit is a shining success.

But a lot of the other stuff we'd like to do where...

in a healthy way, not quite happy with our progress, and that's a good thing.

As a fan base, you don't want the board going, ah, yeah, close enough, we'll take it a little bit longer.

You want us to be a little bit agitated for progress, but in a way that's reasonable and doesn't become overbearing to our staff.

I can't do that.

think it's safe to say, like, in the fan zone, there's two terms that get thrown around, which is obviously the ambition and then stability, and they kind of seem to butt heads a little bit in terms of Ambition, everyone's got their own ideas of when things are going to happen and what that kind of looks like.

But then also, about halting on about it, we lost the club, which wasn't run to be sustainable and wasn't stable.

So how do you balance those two things, obviously with the biggest fan base in the non-league, but then also keeping that stable?

Yeah, I've probably talked about it a lot.

A lot of it is balance, right? There's only so much money.

Even in your own household, we all want bigger houses and more holidays, and there's only so much money.
