So what is like right off the bat, what's an upgrade that you would recommend to almost every client because they do in fact see that payoff right

away? I mean, I think any upgrade involving, you know, insulation or, you know, energy efficiency of the house is long.

You know, obviously you have to weigh the balance of what it costs, but it's easy to spend not a lot of money in upgrading insulation that will turn into a payout later for what you're going to spend in efficiency and heating and cooling a home.

And what's an example of something that vendors or subcontractors, maybe you've seen them kind of like try to sell people or try to sell you.
