So when they're saying the kinetic chain, they're just saying, like, the movement of the body, right? Like, kinetic movement, like the things that, um, are the full chain.
So we have all of these checkpoints starting from the ground up.
Feet and ankles, up to the knees, up to the low back, which from this point forward we're going to refer to as the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex.
Lumbo meaning low back, pelvic meaning pelvis, hip, hip.
Shoulders, head, and neck.
All right? So you want to memorize all five of the kinetic chain checkpoints.
So what we're really gonna be focused on, though, with our clients...

So when something is dynamic, it's moving, it's changing, right? It's not static.
