And for me, it helped me to switch my focus to God's character because I was like, okay, you know, I would be in bed.
Typically, that's when anxiety would overwhelm me, you know, and I'd be, I could think of all the what ifs, you know, what if they're out on the road? What if this happens or that happens or whatever? And I realized I needed a plan to redirect my thoughts.
Lord, I praise you that you are almighty, that you are loving and kind, that you are, you know, and I realized in praising him, he loved my kids more than I loved my kids ever.
You know, there's an interesting verse in the Psalms, Grace, and it says, those who know your name will put their trust in you.
And as I was thinking about all the studies you've written on different names of God, how does knowing his names, help us trust him because I mean, trust is a big journey for mothers.
And yeah, I guess I would compare that to, um, Having trust in my best friend versus in a stranger who comes knocking on my door trying to sell me something.
And I, and versus the person who shows up at my door saying, you need to buy this thing.
The more I know him, the more able I am to trust him, especially in those difficult places, those scary places.
And it seems like his names always point to his character traits, you know? And I think that's what's really beautiful because it's like you said, you're not going to trust this stranger.
