So The gist of the post was, you know, stop selling those automations to people who don't have their business figured out yet.

You also can't build a bunch of funnels and emails and systems and expect them to magically fix a business that doesn't have a solid offer or sales process underneath it.

I've been the person sitting on the other side of the computer trying to take someone's business and turn it into a system that actually works.

But also, there's absolutely people selling unnecessarily complicated systems to business owners who don't need them.

But the other side of the conversation that doesn't get talked about as much is sometimes it's the business owner that is asking for the complicated automation.

Have you ever assumed something in your business was a systems problem only to realize you didn't actually know what you wanted the system to do? Because this conversation today is going to get so interesting.

I'm so excited to dig into the automations because yes, automations are complex and they're even more complex when you don't have clarity around your offer or your sales process or what is actually supposed to happen next.

And sometimes you don't know you have a business problem until you try to automate it.

And this podcast, this episode today, I think is going to be really impactful for a lot of you who are listening, who are, you know, growing and scaling and building and kind of wondering almost like, well, what's next for me in my business? Or should I automate this thing? Or, you know, all of those kind of questions.

And, you know, the problem with just automate it is, I've had this conversation so many times.
