What are you pretending not to know? Now, now, I've, I've said this many, many times on this show, sometimes the content that I create for this show is actually for me.

But I got to imagine that if I'm going through some of these challenges and I'm doing a little bit of soul-searching and, and trying to figure out some self-awareness in my life, it, it kinda triggers me to say m-maybe I'm not the only one.

And so maybe th- some of what I'm gonna talk about today, I can save you from some g- some grief that I've encountered over the years.

You know, I, I came across a version of that question, which was, "What are you pretending not to know?" I came across the version of this a few months back, and I haven't been able to shake this off because I, I think there's moments in all of our lives when we're looking for answers that we actually already have.

W- we're seeking something, but deep down, we already know, and this is when we start asking people for advice.

Anybody else do a pros and cons list on a whiteboard? I love a good whiteboard session with a reason to move forward, reason not to.

Being patient, having the right timing, all these things are important, but sometimes those things become camouflage for something else, and you know what that something else is sometimes? It's avoidance.

We're searching for an ans- answer that probably feels easier than the one that we already know, and man, there's a big difference here.

I've sat across from business owners that are dealing with all kinda crazy, complicated people issues, and I've noticed something along this journey.
