Certified Mrs. Shim is a Killer: Book Review

that

actually the entire time i was reading it amanda i'm gonna be real i started reading it and i was about like four chapters in and i was like am i reading the right book And I was like, I kept like going back to like our, we have like a, you know, like a group chat and I'm looking, I'm like, no, that's the, that's the title and the author.

Like I bought the right book.

I was like maybe four, maybe 10 pages into this.

And that's when I like messaged the group chat.

I was like, this is the book.

Personally because I was really intrigued by it.

And partially because I thought like, i thought you and skye and like jessie like you guys would enjoy this book yeah like that it was different it wasn't the same you know it wasn't just the same thing i had looked at one point um like last year we did um samantha or whatever right i had looked at her most recent book i had read it and i was like maybe and then i read it and i was like i mean it was good yeah it was fine but i was like but we We did that.

We talked about her already, right? Like, meh.

And yeah, and I was just like, this is, I mean, to set it up for people who haven't read it or don't know what this book is.

Tell us the title, Amanda.

We haven't even said that yet.

Mrs.

Shim is a killer.

She is indeed.

This is

the title.

Mrs. Shim is a Killer.

It's by Kang Ji Young, who is also the writer of Shop for Killers, which some people may have.

And that was the other thing.

I was reading this book and I did not know she was the same.

Well, I just found that out just this moment, right now.

But I was like in the first chapter thinking, This feels like it's set in the same universe as Shot for Killers, which I have not even watched.

But just from like the clips that I've seen and the stuff I was like, I feel like these two stories could coexist in the same universe.

Right.
