This is true as well neurologically.

So a- again, as part of Spark, I had this, the joy and the privilege of researching some of this stuff, and I s- I spent some time with a brain scientist, m- fascinating guy who specializes in creativity and the brain.

And he talks about how the default mode networks, the parts of your brain that are responsible for creativity, and you can map this so cool now.

We c- last 10 years we've been able to actually map brain activity in a really fun way.

And one of the things that emerges from this, and this is relevant for the age of AI as well, is that the brain actually comes alive when you're doing nothing.
