So the stressor for this is if you're always running late, maybe your kids are forgetting things or you're forgetting things, you're last minute grabbing stuff and you forgot things and then you have to sit in traffic and you're stressed and you're trying to get to school, right? So it's that morning routine of getting out the door, getting into the car, getting going.

that can be a real stressor in our day and cause a lot of friction and then can spiral and cause the rest of our day to be negative once we rolled into that pattern.

In the kitchen, all the kids' backpacks are very heavy, so we don't hang them up like on cute little hooks.

I wish we could, but we really don't have anywhere to put them, and they're so heavy, I feel like it would take like a bolt in a wall to hold them up.

So they all sit on the floor right next to the door in and out of the garage by the kitchen, and that's our spot.

So if there's something that a kid needs to bring to school or they're soccer practice stuff or things for flag football, sports equipment, anything that needs to go, a poster board, whatever the item is, right, that you're trying to take.

So we get everything ready the night before, backpacks, anything we need for school, all the things.

Another trick is that you can put things in the car if you know you're going to need them and you don't want to forget them the next day.

There will always be things you need to grab in the morning, like maybe our kids grab their computers and their lunches and those kind of things, fill up water bottles.

So there will be things you need to grab, but the majority of the things, if you can have those all ready to go, will make it that much easier.

So Keep everything in the same spot and put things in the car the night before if you know that you might forget them if they're kind of one out stuff.

And even laying out clothes the night before to keep you kind of in a good rhythm.
