What kind of interest rates and repayment terms can I expect with an SBA franchise loan? SBA loans without real estate are always going to be a 10-year term.

Sometimes on equipment deals, some banks will do a seven-year line for just equipment, but generally it's a 10-year term.

tied to Wall Street Journal Prime, which prime rate has dropped down to 7.75 plus a margin.

Margins can be anywhere from one to 2.75. Generally, they can go a little higher if it's a community advantage program, but on a 7A, there's rules based on the loan amounts, but generally you're looking at one to 2.75 with, I would say, the majority of the banks being between 1.75 to 2.75 as far as margin.
