CBS47/FOX30 FIRST ALERT FORECAST – WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2026 First Alert Meteorologist Garrett Bedenbaugh WOKV RADIO The WOKV Weather Meter for Today: 8 TODAY: Sunny. High: 77 TONIGHT: Mostly clear…
High pressure in control of our forecast temperatures will make it into the lower to mid 70s closer to the coast.
Still pretty comfy, though, with that low humidity sticking around today and tomorrow.
Friday, sunny and still dry, turning breezy in the afternoon and into the nighttime, but still dry.
Mid 70s for highs and onshore wind develops local nor'easter conditions.
Even a few showers possible overnight Friday into Saturday morning and through the day.
The tidal flooding for this weekend likely as those onshore winds continue and are also approaching a full moon phase over the weekend and early next week.
Again, we'll be tracking that with the onshore breezes, some minor to moderate coastal erosion likely as well with elevated surf, high surf and high seas offshore.
We'll be tracking that local nor'easter throughout this week and into the weekend as we get ready to go through that again.
But in the tropics, still watching that area of low pressure, the northern and northwestern Atlantic and some possibility it still tries to become subtropical.
But other than that, we're good to go over the next five to seven days.
