Narelle BrownGuestOwenHostAnd then you guys have been with TPB for a bit over four months now.
Walk us through sort of mindset when you guys first came in.
What sort of started to change
going through?

Because I feel like we're still just babies in the TPB journey because we had Christmas over that time and a bit of a close down.

But in saying that, we've already had, I feel, significant wins in like a range of areas.

And so, yeah, there's a range there, but I honestly think the thing that relates to everything is our mindset.

You know, we typical Kiwi business owners, you do what you do because you love doing what you do.

the way that TPB pulls it all together, it's all really comes back to us changing our mindset to value ourselves as a business, like to value our team, to value our quality first and foremost, you know, and then that flows through and how you present yourself, how you price your job, how then you invoice out your job, the types of jobs that you want your team to be doing.

um how we spend our own time you know what tasks we do all that stuff was all mindset and we kind of knew you know like i kind of knew we need to you know we're spending time putting up site fencing as business owners we shouldn't be doing that yeah but We needed, I don't know, the way that TPB, however you guys do it, because there's so many great people in so many different areas and the way that, I guess, Shane with our coach, you know, he constantly checks in and constantly talks to us.
