Lessons from the Hot Seat - The Braadcast Season 1 Recap

So Norm, where did the idea for Broadcast come from and what did you think it was going to become? During the year I was trying to do a summary of It was 25 years of working with clients and the lessons that I've learned and the engagements that I've had with them.

And I just wanted to put something together, put a book together or do something just, you know, towards that part of last year.

And I tried to get to the first client, which ended up being the first client, Justin, and try to like summarize his business and talk to him about it.

And I said, this is going to be too difficult.

Yeah.

So I decided that, you know, this podcast thing

that

we've done and done in the past is going to work.

So I said, let me just try it out.

I thought if I can get them behind the camera and the other side of the table and ask them casually, summarize it and put it all together.

And maybe I can still do the book and summarize and put it all together and have the same kind of effect.

And it'll be a lot easier.

And that's where this broadcast came from.

Well, I never chose the name.

The team chose the name, but it made sense and it's kind of grown on me.
