How do I say this? When you got into foster kids and then got pregnant, did you know what you were getting into with motherhood? Did anything surprise you? I always knew I wanted to be a mom.
when I had kids there were things that surprised me about how either hard or easy things were and but there's a lot of things that I was like oh I expected these sort of things what are the things about especially being thrust into just just yeah biologically you can't have four kids in the amount of time that you had four kids obviously right so that's Oh, I guess you can.
I was going to say, my mom, I'm a twin and my mom had four kids in three years.
So from motherhood, like being threatened, you've just got a unique perspective.
What are some of the things that you felt were easy or hard or surprising? And I know you're in COVID, so you get like double extra.
I always tell people the things that were really hard would have been hard regardless, but they were amplified, right? Like the isolation that you feel in early motherhood was there, but it was amplified because it was COVID.
It was 2020, and I couldn't have anybody at the hospital, and I couldn't have people come visit, and I couldn't have people come help.
