Andrew MirolliGuestYou mentioned what a wonderful opportunity we have in this industry as newer advisors coming in with the great retirement underway and the great wealth transition that will be happening over the next decade or two.
And I wanted to ask you, how can those entering into this field position themselves to be attractive candidates for that succession planning position? And go ahead and meet with like-minded advisors that they can help.

We work with the Southside advisor that comes to us and says, I don't have a succession plan.

There's a gentleman in Northern California that was like 63, 64, started working with us.

And he said, I basically have 18 to 24 months before I really want to hang it up.

And I said, Stephen, like, why do anything? You got a great business, you know.

It's a very similar problem, right? She didn't have someone, but she had been looking for someone for over five years to be her internal successor.

So both of those stories are one of, I don't have a next gen to take over the practice.
