eyes like follow these steps like hammer nail and some wood and you can cut you know you can make something like life is just like what you can't you know so I love the flexibility and the um The grace that framework allows.

really like the stages of grief because it is assuming that I'm on a stage and not on another stage or I stay on this stage, get off the stage and then get on another stage.

Like what, like, what about those things? What about the friendships that you lose and And is this something that I should rekindle or not? What about dating? You know, there's so many other elements to what happens in grief or significant loss that no one was talking about.

And then also, how do you progress through that? And so my framework is more about leadership and it's more about taking the power back from grief.

And I had someone ask me, you know, do you find that you're in grief more because you talk about it every day? I said, no, absolutely not.

Grief is my power because now I stand up authentically, unapologetically me.
