I feel like it's also streamlined the pre-construction process.

You always have to check behind it.

We may have, say example, a phone call with an attorney.

We record that call, run it through chat, and you get so much more of that call and so many more directions to look at to research.

But with the pros come the cons.

Before we get started, let me introduce everybody for those that are watching us maybe for the first time or those that have been watching us for a long time.

We have Nick Mintz with us.

He's our director of construction, director of chaos.

But he's been with Barndo for how many years now, man? It's been a while.

A little over three, yeah.

A little over three years.

And then we have Cam Fant.

He is our new CFO that's been here for about five or six months.

And then I'm Lance Martin.

I've been here for 18 months.

I was the director of sales.

Now I'm the COO.

And today we get to talk about AI.

We have a love-hate relationship with AI and how it's changing the whole building your home construction industry, the good, the bad, the ugly.
